• Meter Reading and Reporting
• Invoicing and Collection
• Bookkeeping & Payroll Services
• Water Association online payment portal with flexible payment options for homeowners; 

               such as debit cards, credit cards, ACH transfers, auto                     bill pay, cash, or check.

• With additional payment processing options available by phone, or by mail and in-person using check or money order only.
• Work cooperatively with associations management providers. 

NWBS offers the flexibility to customize services for each association based on individual needs. 

If your association prefers to handle meter reading independently, we can also accommodate this within our service offerings.
